Organic Social Review 2024

It’s become pretty common to use Instagram for all of your online marketing needs.

In fact, Instagram is now the number one social media platform for marketing, and with an ever-growing number of active daily and monthly users, it’s pretty clear why brands big and small are making the most of the social media giant to get their name and products out there. Of course, like anything, there’s an ethical way to do this and a not so ethical way.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Many bots and growth services are no longer working correctly. Services like this one may have shutdown or received some negative reviews recently that weren't around when we wrote this article. We can't be held responsible for this service.

It’s essential to make sure that you are complying with Instagram’s terms and conditions, otherwise, you could end up being kicked off and having to start your account all over again. Let’s review Organic Social and see if they’re selling above board services or not.

Intro

Companies like Organic Social exist because of the demand for people to get assistance with their engagement strategy and overall Instagram growth.

It’s big business for companies who can sell services that provide their customers with organic engagement that’s going to help their profile become more exposed, especially if it’s in front of their target audience.

However, customers are also vulnerable to companies selling fake engagement and using bots for their automation as well, which is why it’s important that you do your research beforehand, so you know what you’re getting yourself into. Let’s take a look at Organic Social and what it is that they do.

What is Organic Social?

Organic Social claim to be able to ‘supercharge’ your Instagram growth, a buzzword that we’re not in love with.

Usually, when companies use terms like this, it means that they are automating your engagement because they need a bot to speed things up and grow your account quickly.

They say that they offer a free trial and that with their paid services you can get thousands of organic, real new followers every month so that your name and brand is out there in front of the people that you want to see it.

They even claim to have over 13,000 active clients currently, which is a bold claim to make and something that’s going to be difficult to back up.

Getting Started with Organic Social

Organic Social can help increase your post engagement and likes through their automated services, which we think are run by just another Instagram bot.

They claim to use a network of Instagram profiles, but it’s highly likely that they’re running a bot service here. They also say that they can help you manage more than one Instagram account at once, which is a feature becoming more and more available with these types of companies.

You can even plan and schedule upcoming posts for your account, and see the lay of the land before you post anything, so you know that it’s always going to look good. They have a free three-day trial, and they claim to have been featured on the likes of Forbes.

Pros and Cons

Pros
  • They have a secure https website

  • They offer a free three-day trial
Cons
  • We couldn’t find an FAQ page anywhere to speak of
  • We couldn’t verify that they have secured their payment gateway
  • We couldn’t find any price points anywhere, which to us is quite a bit red flag

Pricing

As we mentioned above in the pros and cons section, we couldn’t find any visible price points on Organic Social’s website. In fact, they appear to have got everything packed into their homepage – the only other links on their website are to log in and to get started with them.

This means that you have to sign up for a service that you know next to nothing about before you see how much it’s going to cost you, which isn’t the best way to do things. We would prefer it if they showed their price points up front – it lowers the risk of being hit with hidden costs further down the track.

FAQs

Are Their Reviews Real?

This is always such a difficult question to ask because there are three different options when you come across what appear to be genuine reviews on a website.

Firstly, it could just be that they’re real, and their customers have good things to say about them.

Secondly, they could be fake reviews, but they’ve chosen to use both first and last names to associate with them, which could get them in trouble.

Lastly, they could be real people leaving the reviews, but they may have been paid by Organic Social to write them, which of course is just as bad as featuring fake reviews. It’s difficult to tell with Organic Social which category their reviews fit into. On the surface, they do appear to be genuine.

What Is Automation?

Organic Social, despite the name, claim to use an automated piece of software to implement your engagement strategy for you.

What this most likely means is that they are using an Instagram bot to serve your account with engagement, which is something that’s against Instagram’s terms and conditions.

This means that it’s only a matter of time before Instagram comes knocking, and there’s a good chance that they’ll ban your account as well as Organic Social from operating their business.

Conclusion

At the end of the day, it’s difficult for us to trust Organic Social completely.

First off, while their name isn’t violating any copyright laws laid out by Instagram, we’re still not impressed that they’ve used the phrase ‘organic’ in their brand name when they’re most likely an automated Instagram bot and not organic at all.

Secondly, we’re disappointed that there’s nowhere for us to view any price points and get to know their services a little bit better.

When you shop around for the right company, price points are usually the first thing you look for – it’s natural to want to know how much something is going to cost you. Because these guys appear to be just another bot and they lack in essential features, we cannot recommend them as a company.
