SimplyGram Review 2024

SimplyGram Update: Customers have been repeatedly complaining that SimplyGram provides a poor service. Use at your own risk.

It’s no secret that you need a good third-party company on your side if you want to grow your Instagram account successfully.

However, lately, it seems that these types of companies aren’t working all that well, and your options are becoming more and more limited.

While this doesn’t necessarily mean the end of third-party assistance, it sure makes it difficult to decide what’s great and what’s average.

Let’s review SimplyGram.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Many bots and growth services are no longer working correctly. Services like this one may have shutdown or received some negative reviews recently that weren't around when we wrote this article. We can't be held responsible for this service.

SimplyGram; Is It a Scam?

When you go to a company like Simplygram for your Instagram engagement, they can be one of three things.

Either they’re an Instagram bot that automates their engagement for you, they’re a company that sells fake engagement completely, or they have an organic growth service that uses sophisticated software to attract the right people.

This can sometimes be similar to a bot, but a growth service is committed to finding the right people to suit your niche, and often it uses real people to do the job.

One thing we know is that you don’t want fake engagement on your page. It’s going to make your engagement rating go all out of whack – and those followers you just gained are eventually going to drop off.

All in all, you want a reliable growth service, but as we mentioned these are hard to find.

When you are choosing a legit company to help with your Instagram growth, you’ve got to be careful – and you’ve got to know what you’re looking for. If you need help with your engagement, you’ve got to ensure that the company is above board, and prepared to not take any risks for your account.

Safety is numero uno, and so is being effective. There’s no point investing any money into companies in this industry if they’re just going to scam you and be ineffective. In our review of SimplyGram below, we talk about its features, and whether it’s a good choice.

What is Simplygram?

Simplygram claims to be the best Instagram growth service out there – a bold statement, considering there are a few others off the top of our heads that we can think of to put first.

They claim on their homepage to be able to help you gain as many 5000 new followers a month, which is the first red flag. When a company promises you an exact number of new followers every month, then there’s a good chance that these followers are fake.

Simplygram features a number of companies that they claim have been associated with their services, as well as the guarantee of a free trial so that you can check out what they do before you commit to anything.

While these things at face value are great, there may be a darker operation here lurking just underneath the surface.

Getting Started with Simplygram

To get started with Simplygram, they require you to tell them all about your target audience.

Remember, with growth companies like this, the more they know about who you want to engage with, the better they can engage with them. If you’re not engaging with people who are going to be interested in your niche, you’re basically wasting your time.

Now, Simplygram has quite a unique way of doing things.

Instead of just interacting with your target audience from your original Instagram account, they set up as many as 100 Instagram accounts that represent you, which will go about interacting all at once.

This appears to be a surefire way to get at least some people’s attention, but we’re not sure about it in regards to looking spammy.

SimplyGram’s approach with 100 Instagram accounts is definitely unique, but we certainly don’t think that they’re the only brand that’s doing this. We both like this feature and don’t like it. We like it because it shows that they are focused on being efficient, but we don’t like it because it is a bit on the scammy side, and as far as being legit we’re not too sure.

This could end up getting you in trouble with Insta, which of course is the last thing you want. You’ve just got to decide if they’re worth the risk, because it is an effective method that speeds up your engagement growth.

SimplyGram’s Pros and Cons

We like that Simplygram offers a secure site, so that clients can share sensitive information without the risk of them being hacked.

We also like that they offer a free trial – this is perhaps one of the most important things to cover when you’re a legit company like this. When we review brands, we always like to see that they have a free trial.

Additionally, SimplyGram claims to be number one, which is a good sign as well.

It means that they have enough confidence in what they’re already been able to do for existing clients.

We’ll talk a little bit about scams again here now that we’ve made it to the cons. There is a potential for their service to be a scam, because it’s done through a bot.

A bot is going to put your account at risk of being banned, just like fake engagement. We also don’t know how we feel about the fact that the companies they list on their website can’t be backed up.

These are big companies, so it would be all too easy for them to accredit them on their website without having to back it up.

Pros
  • Secure site
  • Free trial
  • Claims to be number one
Cons
  • Service is potentially too spammy
  • Companies associated with it aren’t credible
  • There is the risk that Simplygram is selling fake engagement

Pricing

Simplygram has three different price points on offer, starting at $99 a month, which is still quite steep for the services they’re offering.

This price point comes with 25 Instagram accounts that implement your engagement strategy for you.

The next package up is going to cost you $149 per month and will give you access to 40 Instagram accounts to represent you.

The last package is called the premium package, and it will cost you an eye-watering $299 per month, which we personally think is too much to spend on your social media marketing.

FAQs

Do I Need to Give Them My Password?

You won’t need to give Simplygram your password for them to represent you online. While this may sound like a good thing, it’s not – it means there’s a high chance that they sell fake engagement. If they didn’t sell fake engagement, they would need your password to work organically on your behalf from your original Instagram profile.

Can They Steal My Password?

Technically, because you’re not required to share your password in the first place, they can’t steal it. However, hacking still does exist, so if you’re at all worried about the security of your password, you can always change it.

Can They Steal My Account?

In Simplygram’s case, there is a slight chance that they will steal your account. We find their entire approach to be quite unusual, so we cannot say for sure either way. If they’re making up fake accounts and using these to implement your engagement plan, then they could be after your account.

Can I get Shadowbanned?

This is one thing you don’t have to worry about when using a company like Simplygram. This is because being shadowbanned has a lot more to do with the type of hashtags you use.

If you have been using hashtags that Instagram considers inappropriate, or they’re the type of hashtags that don’t have enough relevance to your niche, then there’s a chance you’ll get shadowbanned. All this means is that Instagram will limit the reach of your content, and only your existing followers will see it.

Are Their Results Guaranteed?

No company out there can guarantee their results – unless they’re selling fake engagement. This is by far our biggest concern here – that Simplygram promises a specific number of new followers every month. If they stick by this, then your new followers could be fake accounts.

Reviewer’s Conclusion

At the end of the day, Simplygram hasn’t done enough to convince us that they’re selling real, genuine engagement to their customers.

We also found elsewhere online reviews by previous clients that complain about being spammed with fake accounts.

We think it’s clear at this point that Simplygram is selling fake engagement, which is the kind of Instagram outsourcing you want to avoid altogether.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to take your Instagram account very far if you use fake engagement, so we recommend looking elsewhere.

It would be nice if fake engagement still worked as an effect Instagram tool, but it’s only going to hold your account back, not push it forward.

Fake engagement means ghost or inactive accounts looking at your profile. When you’ve got engagement like this, it doesn’t do anything for your engagement rate.

Your engagement rate, which is the ratio between how many followers you have and your likes and comments, is a good indication of how well your page is doing in general.

Fake engagement can’t get you a good engagement rate, so it’s definitely time at this point to seek other opportunities.
